How does the occasional cooperation work?
- FIRST CONTACT
You can contact us using our Request form, Contact form, by email, or by phone. Please specify data concerning your requested services and date of delivery in your message. - FEEDBACK
One of our coordinators will contact you and may request additional data for the price calculation. He or she will then send you a binding quote or give you information on how the price will be determined. - ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you receive our quote, you can decide whether to accept our services. If you accept, you then confirm the binding order by email and provide us with your invoicing data. Upon receiving this information, we will immediately start working on your order. - DELIVERY
We will deliver your order on the agreed date. Regarding translations, documents can be sent by email, through a web hosting service, by mail, courier, or you can personally retrieve them at our reception. - INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Along with the delivery of the order, we will issue an invoice which you will settle by a bank transfer to our account. We can also accept payment through PayPal and Moneybookers and can arrange for a cash payment.
How does the long term cooperation work?
- TRANSLATION SERVICES CONTRACT
This contract specifies conditions of mutual cooperation, including services rendered, delivery terms and fixed prices. - PROVISION OF FLEXIBLE SERVICES
Each customer is assigned with a coordinator. The coordinator then communicates with the customer and makes sure that the services are provided expeditiously. There are no extra fees for fast delivery. - MONTHLY INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
Invoicing of the services rendered will be performed on a monthly basis and according to fixed prices agreed upon in advance. Some services can be included in a lump sum.
